AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 13, CHAPTER 13.04, SECTIONS 106 AND 120 OF THE CLARK
COUNTY CODE TO AMEND THE PERMIT AND SERVICE FEE SCHEDULE; AND PROVIDING FOR
OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
A public hearing before the Clark County Board of County Commissioners to
consider the proposed rule will be held following review and consideration of
any comments received. Per Nevada Revised Statutes 237.090, trade associations,
owners and officers of businesses which are likely to be affected by this
proposed rule, and any other interested persons, may submit comments, data or
arguments to the County regarding whether the proposed rule will:
a) Impose a direct and significant economic burden upon a business; or
b) Directly restrict the formation, operation or expansion of a business.
Comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 31, 2010
